A new simplified process for members to reset their online services account password is being implemented by our IT providers.

This change removes the need for a ‘memorable word’ from the process of resetting an password. Changes will come into effect as of Monday 11th September.
The IT provider had to change the implementation date so this notice is being issued again.
To facilitate this change our digital services will be unavailable from 9:00 pm to midnight this Sunday 17th September. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. The password reset changes listed above will be implemented during this update.
