Listening to and learning from you, our members, is the focus of the Feedback Survey. To help us better meet your financial needs, we want to hear what you have to say. By listening, it will help us improve the products and services we offer members.
How will we do this?
Through a feedback survey. HSSCU have asked iReach Insights, an independent Irish research agency to collect your feedback on our behalf. These members’ surveys are collected through a survey portal managed by iReach Insights.
We take the management of your information seriously and will always treat it in a responsible and secure manner to ensure your rights are protected. You will never be asked to share any identifiable financial or sensitive information within the survey itself. Through a Focus Group
As part of the process to learn from our members, we will hold an Online Focus Group nationally. Participation is completely voluntary. In order to ensure a representative sample of our membership, not everyone who expresses an interest can be invited to attend our Online Focus Group. However, any contributions received directly will be noted. We really value your feedback and will use it to influence changes that matter most to you, our members.
How to indicate your willingness to participate in an Online Focus Group will be provided at the end of the Feedback Survey.
