- You can transfer funds into your account via electronic transfer from your bank account or other credit union accounts.
- You can transfer other financial payments into your current account (pension, etc.).
- You can use the account as you would a bank account.
- You can have a debit card and an overdraft (subject to approval). You can also pay your bills via direct debit or standing order, get your wages paid into your current account, etc.
Can I Have a HSSCU Current Account without a Debit Card?
- Yes. We would advice you, however, that there are no extra fees for a debit card other than if you exceed the number of free ATM withdrawals allowed and currency fees when using the card abroad.
Can I Have a HSSCU Current Account without an Overdraft?
- Yes you can.
- Firstly, be a HSSCU member.
- Have up-to-date ID and address verification in your account, including an Eircode.
- Be registered for CUOnline+, HSSCU's online banking portal.
