All loan applications may require different paperwork after assessment. Most applications will require a payslip.
Depending on the application, you may be asked to provide:
- 3 month’s bank statements
- Up to date mortgage statement
- Up to date identification and proof of address
- Estimates from any work carried out
- Statements from other debts (e.g. credit card statements)
Occasionally, our credit assessment team will require other information not listed above.
