I have produced documents in the past. Why am I being asked to produce them again?

We recently commenced an update of our members’ records and from this review, determined that we do not hold current documents as required for some members. It is part of our legal obligations to hold such documents and so, we are writing to members, seeking their co-operation to provide us with a copy of the relevant documentation required. You may also be asked by a staff member the next time you visit our branches or telephone us for the documentations required.
